I review more than 60 brands and hundreds of gloves… explaining everything, from padding and stitching to shape and comfort as well as protection. I also discuss the history of the different brands, and how they have evolved or copied each other over time
There are hundreds of reviews of boxing gloves online, but most of them are self-serving Amazon links.Reviews AdvertisementsHyping up gimmicky characteristics. Even theHonestReviews are written by men who have only tried a handful of brands and have never used a glove in their whole lives. This is what I will say:Find the best boxing gloves, for serious fighters, women and beginners.I have 10+ years experience in boxing gloves.
Some of you guys may know my story. Since 2004, I have been boxing. In 2008, I created a guide called the Boxing Gloves Buyer’s Review. It circulated the internet a hundred times and spawned copycat review guides that ripped off my words. A lot has happened since then.
Best Boxing Gloves Black Friday Deals 2021– Guide
Consumers are finding it more difficult to navigate the current market for boxing/MMA/fighting equipment. It was difficult to distinguish which brands made good gear when there were only a handful of brands. Nowadays, there are many brands to choose from and many options (design, color, price range) that all claim to offer the best quality. There are many reviews that contradict each other and you don’t know which product is best.
My verdict: 99% of gloves on the market are junk.I have tried many gloves, and seen them all, new, old, or completely ripped apart. I can tell you how a glove will feel and what it will do to your hands later. I can tell you whether the glove will become hardened quickly, harden quickly, feel hot and sweaty or be difficult to make a fist.
The best part about this experience is that it was in a serious gym with dozens of boxing champions. I was able to test out different gloves and compare them with others. My website also allows me to get free gloves. I have seen many brands, and how they have changed over time.
Instead of trying to confuse you with more beautiful pictures and BS features, I want to shed some light on boxing gloves industry. I will tell you about the manufacturing process of boxing gloves, what qualities are important and which gloves to buy. You’ll learn about the history and rise and fall of various companies as well as how they have been favored by boxers.Although I may make enemies of the boxing glove business, here’s what I did…
Let’s get started with the ULTIMATE BOXING GLOVE REVIEW GUIDE.Adidas Dynamic Pro Boxing Gloves ($130). Although I’m not a professional boxer, I was asked by an Adidas distributor to review the glove. After experiencing a poor performance with their larger/heavier gloves, even those as large as 18oz, I decided to try the Dynamic Pro 10oz gloves. It was surprising how supportive it felt. It was amazing that a glove 10oz in weight could still be strong enough to punch through with no pain.
This is a truly magical piece of foam padding. This tiny, foam-padded 10oz glove was more supportive than the Adistar 18oz model. Adistar is their “pro line”, as it happens. I was able punch full force without any pain. They are almost the same price, which is quite funny. The padding may not last as long, even though it is foam, since this model is professional fighter model. The model is here anyway, because I loved it so much. It’s possible to buy it online for a fraction of the price, as it is likely going extinct.
Adidas Glory Pro Boxing Gloves (130 USD) – This is a very popular glove for fighting. Find out what it’s filled with…HORSEHAIR It’s Adidas’ “punchers glove”. It was horrible from the first day I tried it. They are “punchers gloves”, but I didn’t feel any support whatsoever. Maybe horsehair gloves will be more comfortable after being warmed up. This was my first experience with horsehair gloves. BLACK and YELLOW colors Adidas MyGloves (500 USD) Everyone welcome Adidas to the “custom-gloves” trend! Although I find it annoying that everyone is jumping on the bandwagon, I appreciate companies who adapt. Adidas is a company I have faith in, and I will continue to do so until I see more positive reviews and try a pair myself. Best Boxing Gloves Black Friday Deals 2021 Adidas now targets the high-end boxing gloves market, where Winning and Grant are. They’re daring to go even further.
